SongPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SongPilot and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
